We are thrilled to welcome Lora Dryden back to the Madison community, where she originally began her career as both a student teacher and educator.
Ms. Dryden returns with an impressive background in instructional coaching and educational leadership, including six years of dedicated service as an assistant principal in a neighboring school district. Her experience, passion for student success, and strong instructional expertise make her an outstanding addition to the Madison family.
We are excited to welcome her back to Madison and look forward to the leadership and support she will bring to our students, staff, and families.

We are pleased to announce that Ashley Bohlman, current assistant principal at Madison Simis Elementary School, will step into the role of interim principal.
Ashley Bohlman has been a dedicated leader within the Simis community, consistently supporting students, staff, and families with care and commitment. Her leadership experience and strong connection to the school community make her exceptionally well suited for this role.
The Simis community is in great hands, and we look forward to her continued leadership and positive impact during this transition.

We celebrated the dedication of the new Ketel Marte Field at Madison Simis Elementary School! A heartfelt thank-you to the Diamondbacks Foundation,
RAMMS, APS, and all of our amazing partners who made this incredible community project possible

Big shoutout to Madison Simis rockstar teachers Kayla Miller! They were awarded APS Supply My Class Grants, $500 each to bring even more magic to their classrooms!

🎉 Congratulations to Ms. Jessica Mooney, 2nd grade teacher at Madison Simis Elementary School, on being named a 12 News A+ Teacher!
Ms. Mooney was nominated by Abra, the parent of one of Ms. Mooney’s former students. “I felt like in his year with you, he grew so much as a person, and that’s what any parent hopes happens with their kid. You helped him find his voice, and helped him learn how to advocate for himself, and be more accepted, and I’m forever grateful for that,” she shared.
